- New shaped fit collar - one piece of soft, lightweight high wicking fabric reduces irritation
- Comfortable sleeves and cuffs - separately constructed to match the collar, this soft smooth 'milk silk' materials offers maximum stretch and comfort without pinching
- Updated waistband – now thicker for 2025, our revised band is twice as strong with revised silicon, holding tightly in place for a confident fit.
- No more sweaty pockets – lightweight jacquard mesh fabric behind and inside the rear pockets, allowing maximum breathability and moisture movement.

Element Training Jerseys are a race fit, but with plenty of stretch for a range of body types. We recommend choosing your normal size. Not: This jersey is less compressive and slightly looser fitting than our Pro Aero models.
